Protection of the Ash-Slag Mixture Storage Site against secondary dusting at the request of the Ordering Party (maintenance service).

1. Conditions for the implementation of the security of the storage site:

• surface protection with film-forming agent;

• security capacity of at least 3 ha / day;

• readiness to start work each time according to the date indicated by the Ordering Party (time of joining the activities max 24 hours from notification);

• uniform distribution of the film-forming agent on the indicated surface;

• type of membrane-forming agent with green dye and certificates;

• dose of film-forming agent ensuring protection of the surface against secondary dusting for a minimum period of 6 months;

• technically efficient equipment with an authorized operator / service required tests and permissions;

2. Protection of slope surfaces and horizontal planes with completed profiles after the completion of the modernization of the landfill, the beach of the operating quarters;

3. Protection area – not more than 130 ha / year,

The areas shall be indicated by the Ordering Party before commencing the performance of the subject of the contract.

4. Indication of the unit price for securing 1 hectare of area required.

5. Term of the contract – from 01.03.2024 to 31.10.2026

6. The date of commencement of security works at the request of the Ordering Party. Time to join the activities max 24h from the notification.

7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from work in a situation dictated by weather conditions or other events. The scope and date of services provided depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

8. All materials needed to perform the order on the part of the Contractor.
