Audit of the annual financial statements of EVS and its companies for the financial years 2023 to 2025 with two renewal options of one year each

The Entsorgungsverband Saar intends to conclude a contract for the audit of the annual financial statements of EVS and its companies for the financial years 2023 to 2025 with two extension options of one year each.

The appointment of the auditing firm (award of contracts for the extension options for the financial years 2026 and 2027) is made after approval by the shareholders' and the association meeting in the fourth quarter of the previous year for one year each on the basis of this tender.

EVS Gesellschaft für Abfallwirtschaft (EVS ABW GmbH), EVS Gesellschaft für Abfallverwertungsanlagen (EVS GAV mbH), EVS Gesellschaft für Service im Abwasserbereich (EVS SAB GmbH), Abfallverwertungsanlage Velsen (AVA Velsen GmbH) and EVS Biomasse-Zentrum GmbH (EVS BMZ GmbH) must be examined and reported.
