The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law to the facilities of the Contracting Authority and organizational units in the period from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023, subject to Chapter 6 of the Terms of Contract Specification
