The proposed plan should allow at least:

- to propose, develop and / or refound traditional and digital communication media (editorial, charter),

- to negotiate and implement a media plan,

- organize and continuously manage information and relations with the press (press releases, invitations).

The successful provider will be able to advise, design and / or coordinate, and / or organize the Oe971 events.

The service provider must propose to oe971 a 3-year digital strategy. The operator is expected to provide advice and expertise to compose a methodological response that takes into account the following points: territorial and prospective diagnosis, identity and territorial anchoring, positioning.

This lot relates to the use of a service provider to print all oe971 editions.
