The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of Głuchołazy Głuchołazy from inhabited properties and uninhabited properties owned by Głuchołazy Gmina together with the equipment of these properties in containers/containers or/and bags for collecting municipal waste. Organisation and conduct of the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste (called PSZOK) and development collected from residents of Głuchołazy Municipal Waste within PSZOK municipal waste. Equipping the Customer Service Point (POK) with necessary bags and colored leaflets with a schedule for the collection of municipal waste. The estimated amount of municipal waste that can be collected from the territory of Głuchołazy Municipality during 12 months of implementation of the contract is 8000 Mg.

The estimated amount of municipal waste that can be collected from Głuchołazy Municipality was calculated on the basis of the amount of municipal waste collected in the current period taking into account the forecast growth. This estimate is only indicative. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim in the event of less municipal waste collected than assumed in the estimate. The Contracting Authority shall not declare the execution of the order up to the full amount of waste. The final amount of waste is not dependent on the forecasts of the Ordering Party.
