1. The subject of the contract is: ,, Construction of internal roads and pavements with lighting and water and sewage connections to the municipal building at ul. Odrowąża in Warsaw. "
2. The subject of the contract, in particular the description of the works and the requirements set for them, is described in the project documentation, constituting Annex 5 to the ToR, consisting of:
1) detailed designs covering land development: roads, pavements, external installations and water and sewage connections to the building at ul. Odrowąż - hereinafter referred to as the "building", terrain,
2) technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR).
1. The subject of the contract is: ,, Construction of internal roads and pavements with lighting and water and sewage connections to the municipal building at ul. Odrowąża in Warsaw. "
2. The subject of the contract includes external works, i.e. execution of:
1) internal roads (including fire, parking spaces) with constant traffic organization and height adjustment of existing inspection chambers;
2) entrances to garages, internal sidewalks, including access to the building in connection with the existing sidewalk running along Odrowąża street;
3) exits from the municipal road on Parówkaowa Street (reach) to the internal road;
4) external sanitary installations:
a) sanitary sewage connections to the building,
b) storm water drainage connections to the building and the prefabricated ZR2 retention tank with dimensions 6.00 mx 4.5 m and height 1.12 m; capacity 30 m
c) combined sewage system connections with the connection to the network located on the other side of Odrowąża street under roadways and tram tracks,
d) water supply connections including the water supply network in the road lane of Odrowąża street;
5) felling trees and shrubs colliding with the works, cleaning the currently 20-year-old withering spruce grove (approx. 30 spruces with a trunk circumference of approx. 50 cm at a height of 1.30 m) and obtaining a decision on behalf of the Employer administrative removal of these trees and shrubs (the application for permission to remove will be prepared by the Contractor and submitted for signature by the Employer);
6) topography and delivery of land shortages; The contractor himself defines the distance and amount of land delivery along with preparatory works (collision liquidation, waste disposal with utilization) and height adjustment of existing inspection chambers;
7) outdoor lighting of the area;
8) cable protection Innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o. o. along with the reconciliation update.
3. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract in the manner specified in art. 22 par 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040), referred to in Art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843), by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the activities listed below during the performance of the contract:
1) earthworks,
2) road and paving works,
3) carpentry, concrete and reinforcing works,
4) bricklaying works,
5) sanitary works,
6) electrical works.
4. Employer all issues related to documenting employment referred to above, the Employer's rights to control compliance by the Contractor with the abovementioned the requirement and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
5. The Employer envisages awarding to the current Contractor, within 3 years of the award of the basic contract, referred to in Article 67 section 1 point 6 of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in the field of earthworks, road works, paving, carpentry, concrete-reinforcing, sanitary, electrical works.
6. The value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in relation to the value of the basic contract, was set at 30%. The contract will be awarded provided that the Employer will have financial resources under the project described in the provisions of the ToR and in § 1 para. 1 and 2 model contract. The contract will be awarded under the terms of the basic contract.
