1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the production of materials for a social media campaign. The service includes m.in .:
a) Preparation of a visual spot with a length of 30 seconds according to the provided scenario.
b) Preparation of a radio spot with a length of 30 seconds according to the attached scenario.
c) Execution of a photo session during the recording of a visual spot for promotional purposes and for the preparation of graphic creation.
d) Development of a graphic creation for an online and outdoor campaign based on the photos taken, visually consistent with the Internet spot. The creation will include: posters in A3 format and graphics for promotion in Internet portals and social media as well as InPost parcel lockers.
e) Transfer of the resulting materials, open files and copyrights to the resulting materials for later editing.
f) Submission of the contract performance report

2. All materials created during the execution of the order will be used during the implementation of a social media campaign as part of the LIFE EKOMAŁOPOLSKA Project "Implementation of the Regional Action Plan for Climate and Environment for the Malopolska Region.
3. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, to be introduced into the contract on the public contract, template agreement, Annex 1C to swz.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the SWZ. The scenario of the visual and radio spot constitutes Annex 1 to SOPZ.
5. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract, consisting in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320).
6. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the Integrated Project LIFE-IP EKOMALOPOLSKA "Implementation of the Regional Action Plan for Climate and Energy for the Malopolska Region" LIFE-IP EKOMAŁOPOLSKA / LIFE19 IPC/PL/000005.
7. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the author's economic rights to the performed works, in accordance with the contract.
