Soft mobility development operation - phase 1.
The project aims to thoroughly requalify certain roads in order to give more space to soft mobility and nature in the city.
Phase 1 of the operation concerns the so-called "Croix marché" axis: Roosevelt, Briand, Franklin (excluding the rue des Orphelins/Avenue de Colmar section), on the axis: Bonne Gens, Porte de Bale, the section of rue Pasteur between the Porte de Bale and the central passage, Tassigny and the passage d'antwerp axis
