Office and seminar rooms, rooms for IT services such as an information center, digital experience lab, etc. and server rooms are to be accommodated in the sustainable and energetically exemplary new building for the university IT.

The room program covers approx. 3,025 m 2nd NUF.

The building costs (KG 300 + 400 incl. Special costs according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12) amount to approx. EUR 23 million.

Sustainability certification of the construction project using the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) is planned. A certificate in BNB silver is sought.

Applicants should work out proposals for solutions to the planning task in accordance with Section 76 (2) VgV, which are decisive for the selection of the contractor. These include a proposal for the realization of the desired new building within the framework plan adopted. Here, the urban planning and design formulation taking into account the environment and a functional inner flexibility is of great importance.

Construction is scheduled to take place from February 2024 to July 2026.

Object planning services for buildings in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 of HOAI 2013, basic services for service phases 2-9 and special services for service phases 8 and 9 for the new construction of a building for university IT.
