The subject of the Contract are construction works consisting in the execution of stage VIII of the construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on plot no. 618/33, precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including:
a) Construction of partition walls in parts 1 and 2 of the school – axes B.01-B.10;
b) Execution of concealed and underfloor electrical and sanitary installations in parts 1 and 2 of the school – axes B.01-B.10;
c) Execution of the floor with waterproof, damp and thermal insulation in parts 1 and 2 of the school – axes B.01-B.10;
d) Plastering in parts 1 and 2 of the school – axes B.01-B.10;
e) Execution of fencing of the space around the transformer station and a set of heat pumps;
f) Delivery and installation of air handling units in parts 1 and 2 of the school – axes B.01-B.10;
g) Supply and installation of electrical switchboards in parts 1 and 2 of the school – axes B.01-B.10;

2. The area of the planned Primary School is located in the north-eastern part of Mysłakowice, at Królewska Street, on the plot with the registration number: 618/33, as well as on parts of the plots with the registration number: 618/22, 618/28, 821 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, in the area bordering:
- from the north side with the access road of Sułkowskiego Street (plot no. 613) and areas used for agriculture; - from the east with the area of the Polish State Railways (plot no. 460/2) and the provincial road Jeleniogórska Street (plot no. 617/1) - from the south with the area of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre (plot no. 618/22) and Wojska Polskiego Street (plot no. 821); - on the west side with the park area (former palace park) – plots no. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential buildings. - on the west side with the park area (former palace park) – plots no. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential buildings.
Currently, the fourth and sixth stage of construction works is being carried out, consisting in the construction of an access road to the School and the complete finishing of the building in axes from B.10 to C.17 and rooms no.: B0.14 and B0.15.
3. The subject of the contract shall include in detail:
Architectural and Construction Industry – building:
a) Execution of construction works in the field of internal finishing for the part of the building described by axes from B.01 to B.10, including:
- Construction of brick partition walls;
- Construction of partition walls from plasterboards;
- Execution of all vertical shafts and installation enclosures along with revisions
- Plastering of walls;
- Execution of floors with complete horizontal damp-proof and thermal insulation (without finishing layers, i.e. carpets, tiles);
- execution of technical stairs;
- Delivery and installation of internal window sills;
- Dismantling of the display case and part of the façade in order to insert the air handling units and reassembly;
The order does not include:
- Execution of stair railings;
- Execution of suspended ceilings;
Sanitary installations — building
b) Execution of internal cold and hot water installation and circulation of the building in axes from B.01 to B.10;
a) Construction of internal sanitary sewage system of the building in axes from B.01 to B.10;
b) Supply and installation of wall and concealed frames for sanitary facilities;
c) Partial execution of the internal mechanical ventilation system in axes B.01 to B.10, i.e.:
- Delivery and installation of NW1, NW2, NW12 air handling units, flaps. fire protection, silencers, ducts and insulation, equipment, automation and elements necessary to connect AHUs and ducts all within the ventilation room. Connection of air handling unit heaters through dedicated pumping and mixing systems to the existing process heat installation. Connection of the condensate drain from the air handling units to the sewage system.
The order does not include:
- Parts of the ventilation system from the fan room to the supply and exhaust points;
- Delivery and installation of white assembly;
- Delivery and installation of sanitary fittings;
- Delivery and installation of a set of air source heat pumps with connection to the existing heating system;
- Delivery and installation including connection of devices
