The service provider shall ensure Statsbygg's requirements in connection with local supplementary project management.

The assignment's extent and limitations:

In this assignment, H140 Supplementary project management production, the service provider shall deliver project management and follow up contracts related to various parts of the Project manager — Production's organisation.

The Project manager — Production's organisation structure is presented in the attached organisation plan. An organisation chart that has not been approved/is being prepared is to be enclosed as these provide a more correct description of the organisation at the start of the internal work than organisation charts that are already approved.

In addition to project managers, Statsbygg also supplements follow up of the construction site with internal resources such as construction managers, Safety, Health and Work Environment — Coordinator Executor (SHA-KU), control engineers from Project Groups, staff functions such as progress planning and interface planner (ITB).
