The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for asphalt maintenance of wear layers. The work and requirements of the contracting authority for asphalt maintenance are described in the tender documents.

The tender takes place in accordance with the European public procedure according to Chapter 2 of the Works Procurement Regulations 2016 (ARW2016). The contracting authority shall apply the basic principles of proportionality, equality, transparency and non-discrimination in this procurement.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one party. Only tenders from tenderers who meet the minimum requirements and selection criteria will be considered.
