The contract has as its object the assignment by the Municipality of Messina of the complex of services and functions in the necroscopic, funeral, cemetery and mortuary police aimed at the correct effective and better functioning of the Cemeteries.

These activities include context-specific Mortuary Police Operations, as well as a series of cemetery services and related activities complementary to cemetery management.

All the services covered by this contract are, for all intents and purposes, public utility services and therefore, for no reason may they be suspended or abandoned by the contractor, except in cases of force majeure duly ascertained.
