The Framework Agreement concerns the management of the entire infrastructure dedicated to urban rainwater of the Sablons Community of Communes on the technical and administrative aspects. It includes in particular the following services: - preventive actions such as cleaning of the network, grids and drains, maintenance of associated structures (discharge stations, separators, infiltration wells, overhead and underground basins, etc.), - curative actions such as punctual repair of pipelines, localized repair of structures, deratization of network, cleaning of overhead basins and ditches, - on-call duty and emergency intervention, - advice on urban planning files, management of the integration of structures into the service in the event of retrocession, - responses to Dt/Dict, marking and picketing before work
