1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment as part of the expansion of the research infrastructure of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology: "Modernization and expansion of the system for testing immunity in the anechoic chamber SAC and the reverberation chamber of the Czech Republic", implemented under subtask 3.PWr.1.5 in the project "Polish Network of EMC Laboratories (EMC – LabNet)" – Thermal imaging camera

3. Detailed scope of execution of the subject of the contract, which is the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, is included in the model of the contract, which is Annex No 2 SWZ.

The Contracting Authority declares that this order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Polish Network

EMC Laboratories (EMC – LabNet)" under Measure 4.2 of the Intelligent Operational Programme

Development 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Agreement no. POIR.04.02.00-14-A007/16-00.

2. CPV code: 38500000-0 Test and test apparatus; 32000000-3 - Radio, television, communications, telecommunications and similar equipment.

3. Detailed scope of execution of the subject of the contract, which is the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, is included in the model of the contract, which is Annex No 2 SWZ.

4. The required deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract is up to 5 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but no later than by December 15, 2023.

The Contracting Authority and the Contractor up to 5 working days counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement – will determine the Delivery Schedule, specifying in detail the material and time plan for the implementation of the Agreement.

5. Details regarding the date and conditions of implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the model contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
