The contracting authority in this tender contest are the municipalities Nord-Odal, Sør-Odal, Kongsvinger, Grue, Åsnes and Våler in Solør.

The following product groups are included in the agreement:

— Medical consumables, Skincare and hygiene products.

— Incontinence products

The estimated value of the product groups is 7 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The contracting authority makes reservations regarding this value, as purchase from these product groups to a large degree will be dependent on the municipalities' allocations and requirements.

The agreement will mainly be used by the units for health and care services, but all units in the municipalities shall enter into the agreement, if required.
