Open procedure above the Community threshold for the award of the school transport service within the territory of the Municipality of Sondrio, according to the routes and times indicated in the special tender specifications and in the relative annexes made available among the tender documentation.

The contract is divided into the following services, under the conditions provided for by current legislation from time to time:

a. school transport to the premises of the kindergartens, primary schools of Sondrio and hamlets; At the moment there is no service to the lower secondary school, but it could be established in case of evaluations that make it necessary;

b. assistance and accompaniment, only for pupils attending kindergarten, primary school and possibly urban public transport, if requested or the transport referred to in point c below;

c. school transport in favor of students with disabilities, in situations of serious motor impairment, to all possible school locations of every order and degree of the city. This service will be requested only in case of adequate evaluations by the education service, which can activate other management methods;

d. transport for members of the Day Recreational Center, based in Triangia, without a companion.

All the characteristics and conditions of performance of the service are described in the special tender specifications and their annexes to which reference is made.

Amount of the contract. The total amount of the contract amounts to an estimated € 518,130.00 (€ 172,710.00 / year) + VAT for the entire period (a.s. 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026), identified on the basis of the presumed number of kilometers equal to 72.20 for each school day, for a presumed total of 12,997 kilometers for each year (forecast school year 2023/2024), as well as on the basis of the following unit amounts, listed in points a. and b. (net of VAT), of which only the unit cost for each kilometer with separation of the cost of labor is set as the starting price, while that for the additional service of the companion is fixed and not subject to auction reduction:

a. € 12.00 (twelve/00) + VAT, as a unit cost for each kilometer actually traveled for school transport services with a companion, for travel days, calculated as an indication per school year equal to 193 for kindergartens from Monday to Friday, 174 for primary schools from Monday to Friday (on average 180 days / year are considered) and for transport to the Day Recreational Center (without a companion), calculated as an indication for two coaches with 50 seats and for 40 days of travel;

b. € 19.00 (nineteen/00) + VAT as any additional cost for each hour of service that requires the additional presence of a companion.

The amount of security charges has been assessed as zero as there is no risk of interference for which relevant security measures need to be taken.

The consideration due to the winning Economic Operator is due on the basis of the number of services actually provided on the basis of the kilometers traveled for each day of service, regardless of the overall forecast on the basis of which the auction basis was conventionally expressed and the value of the contract was established.

It should be noted that the above unit amounts are all-inclusive and therefore include any services and charges provided for by the specification to be borne by the successful Economic Operator.

It will be considered, with reference to the contents of the economic offer, the PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT OFFERED (maximum two decimals after the comma) on the AVERAGE COST / KM placed on the basis of the tender, net of VAT, equal to € 4.92 (four / 92) + VAT (as better detailed above).

At the end of the contract period, the contract will expire.

This is without prejudice to the cases of termination provided for in the contract and the hypotheses of possible repetition of the service and technical extension.
