The subject of the contract is to take out a bank, PLN and long-term loan in the amount of PLN 19,396,696.50 to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances
in accordance with point 4 of the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract".
The subject of the contract is to incur a bank, PLN and long-term loan in the amount of PLN 19,396,696.50 to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances, taking into account the following conditions:
1) The credit is intended to repay previously incurred obligations on loans and loans;
2) the credit will be placed at the disposal of the Ordering Party in tranches as follows:
- I tranche in the amount determined by the Ordering Party up to 7 calendar days from the date of signing the credit agreement;
- other tranches in the amounts determined by the Contracting Authority,
upon its written application submitted to the bank at the latest 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled launch of the next tranche;
3) the use of the entire loan amount will take place by 31.12.2023 at the latest;
4) the loan will be repaid by 31 December 2038 at the latest in capital installments payable by the 16th day of the month, provided that if it is a holiday, Sunday or non-working day, the payment will be made on the first business day after that day;
5) The Contracting Authority undertakes to repay the loan in instalments as follows:
- in the years 2024 to 2028 in each year 1 installment in the amount of PLN 120,000.00, payable on January 16 each year;
- in the years 2029 to 2031 in each year 2 installments of PLN 120,000.00, which gives an annual amount of PLN 240,000.00, payable on January 16 and June 16 each year;
- in 2032, 12 installments of PLN 100,000.00, which gives an annual amount of PLN 1,200,000.00;
- in the years 2033 to 2035, in each year, 12 installments of PLN 200,000.00, which gives an annual amount of PLN 2,400,000.00;
- in the years 2036 to 2037, 12 installments of PLN 300,000.00, which gives an annual amount
PLN 3,600,000.00;
- in 2038 - 11 installments of PLN 210,000.00 and the last installment of PLN 166,696.50, the annual repayment amount will be PLN 2,476,696.50.
