The contracting authority would like to establish a dynamic procurement system for the procurement and operational leasing of vehicles.

The contracting authority would like to establish a dynamic procurement system for the procurement and operational leasing of vehicles that mainly run on electricity, biogas or hydrogen. Vehicles that run on fossil fuel will be requested where there is a lack of charging infrastructure, filling stations or where the contracting authority´s needs are not met. The procured vehicles will primarily be, but are not limited to:

— Passenger cars,

— Small goods vans,

— Goods vans less than 3.5 tonnes,

— Combination vehicles (8+1 seats),

— Minibuses.
