The City of Rauma/Rauma Region Waste Management Department invites tenders for property-specific collection and transport of mixed waste in accordance with this invitation to tender and appendices.

The City of Rauma/Rauma Region Waste Management Board invites tenders for property-specific collection and transport of mixed waste in Rauma and for the collection and transport of mixed waste from Luvia regional waste points in Eurajoki in accordance with this invitation to tender and appendices. The clearance targets are presented in Appendix 1. The procurement will be put out to tender using an open procedure.

The contract period is 1.1.2024-31.3.2027 + 1 + 1 year option. The agreement covers the entire area of the city of Rauma (excluding the archipelago) and the regional waste points in the Luvia area of Eurajoki. The object and its requirements are described in detail in the draft contract (Appendix 2).

The estimated emptying volumes of waste containers / year are presented in Appendix 3. Estimates are based on 2022 waste disposal cycles. The quantities of waste containers and emptying intervals may differ from the estimated and the quantities may change during the contract period, they will be negotiated separately if necessary.

With this agreement, the City of Rauma/Rauma Region Waste Management Plant as the client of the work (hereinafter referred to as the client) and Kuljetus Oy as the contractor (hereinafter the service provider) agree on the collection and transport of mixed waste from properties located in the City of Rauma area.

With this agreement, the City of Rauma/Rauma Region Waste Management Plant as the client of the work (hereinafter referred to as the client) and Kuljetus Oy as the contractor (hereinafter the service provider) agree on the collection and transport of the City of Rauma's own properties and mixed waste generated in the Luvia waterfront area in Eurajoki.
