The DIS refers to guidance for social service personnel and is divided into different business areas. The DIS is organized and administered by the social service

The area of activity includes: - the exercise of public authority and work on performing activities for children, adolescents and their families / networks in need of support and assistance from the social services; - work on outreach, prevention and promotion of activities for children and young people, or - contact families and follow-up of care for placed children.
