This contract is a service contract for various consultancy services in the field of IT infrastructure support and management on premises and in the Azure Cloud.

The objectives and tasks of the mission can be grouped into 3 categories:

- bring the SeGEC IT infrastructure and processes up to current functional and security standards (based on an architecture based on a hybrid cloud Active Directory – on premise). The approach to be implemented for this will be defined with the SEGEC management, the head of the IT department, the CISO, the DPO and other necessary stakeholders.

- provide IT support to SeGEC users located on Avenue Mounier (+/- 200 people)

- carry out the update and maintenance operations of the various development and production environments in collaboration with the development team (on Azure (Linux)

In this context, SEGEC wishes to surround itself with a team of consultants within which all the skills necessary to carry out these 3 missions will be grouped.
