The Modernization Board offers a framework agreement for the purchase of relocation services on behalf of the entire state. The framework agreement is divided into three (3) sub-agreements. The detailed content of the service is stated in point. II.2.4).
At the entry into force of the framework agreement, state institutions are obliged to use the framework agreement.
The preparatory basic education institutions are obliged to apply the agreement.
A number of self-governing institutions, etc., whose grants are included in the Finance Act, are original parties to the framework agreement and can therefore make use of the framework agreement. The National Bank of Denmark, the Danish Parliament, the Danish Institute for International Studies, the Department of Human Rights, the Home Rule of the Faroe Islands and the Government of Greenland are also parties to the framework agreement and can therefore make use of the framework agreement. These have the right, but not the obligation, to apply the agreement. The area of defense of the Ministry of Defense (the Armed Forces) is right, but not obliged to apply the agreement.

Sub-agreement 1 comprises delivery in Jutland and on Funen.
The framework agreement includes the following relocation services in the following areas:
Removal service consisting of:
- Office moving from one location to another location, internally as well as externally. This involves moving pre-defined standard and net workstations and predefined additional office inventory and equipment, including the necessary separation and assembly of desks and fixtures, down and unpacking, and more complex office flooring,
- Moving of archives, including in relation to an office moving from one Location to another Location, internally as well as externally,
- Relocation management including planning and designing of logistics and marking material.
Moving-related services consisting of:
- Disconnecting and connecting IT and telecommunications equipment for PC, monitors, keyboard, table lamp, telephone,
- Escape and clean-up of vacant premises,
- Moving heavy effects, such as fire and safes,
- Completion adjustment after completion of the moving task,
- Temporary buffer storage of moving goods in direct relation to the individual relocation task,
- Rent / purchase of relocation boxes, where these are not already included in the relocation task and rent of relocation cages,
- Rental of containers for use in evacuation / cleaning,
- Extra insurance coverage.

Sub-agreement 2 comprises relocation services for institutions located on Zealand and Bornholm (excluding North Zealand)
The framework agreement includes the following relocation services in the following areas:
Removal service consisting of:
- Office moving from one location to another location, internally as well as externally. This involves moving pre-defined standard and net workstations and predefined additional office inventory and equipment, including the necessary separation and assembly of desks and fixtures, down and unpacking, and more complex office flooring,
