Frøya municipality intends to enter into an agreement for the purchase of electricity based on spot price + mark-up.

In line with the municipality's environmental profile, the contract must entail the procurement of certified renewable energy. Tenderers must confirm in their offer that this requirement is met, and that the municipalities may be issued certificates as confirmation.

Based on historical figures, the scope is approx. 8 Gwh divided between 141 plants. However, this can deviate in the contract period if there is access to any new buildings and the removal of old buildings.
