The client's operating concept envisages the use of vehicles that can achieve a mileage of at least 200 km/day on one charge over their entire service life (at least 12 years). The buses should only be charged in the available time slots at the depot (usually during the night); Intermediate charging is not provided.

The delivery of the 19 buses from the initial call must be completed by 31.12.2024 due to the requirements of the grant notice, otherwise there is a risk that the subsidies will be cancelled; the acceptance must have taken place by 30.04.2025. The complete delivery and acceptance of all buses within the aforementioned periods must therefore be guaranteed within the framework of the submission of the offer. Furthermore, a maintenance contract is available as an option.

It should be noted that all communication about the project process is in German language and writing. This means that the requests to participate and the offers as well as all annexes, evidence, declarations, etc. must be written in German.
