The purchase of food and basic necessities is organised through cards with a specified monetary value based on a payment card (hereinafter referred to as food cards), giving food aid recipients themselves the opportunity to choose goods and a better time when to purchase them. The new system must be launched by the service provider by the end of Q1 in 2023.
