Provision and introduction of a subsidy management tool including system service (EVB-IT cloud contract)

The subject of the tender is an EVB IT cloud contract for the delivery and implementation of a subsidy management system as described in the service description and the catalogue of requirements, along with system services, training services, further developments and adaptation of the overall system after acceptance. This includes system service and operation at the contractor's premises for 6 years. The period for the establishment of operational readiness including complete implementation of all implementation services (installation, configuration, workflows) may not exceed 1 year from the award of the contract.
