The municipality of Hellendoorn wants to award an assignment to one (or more) contractor(s) for tailor-made transport for employees who fall under the Participation Act (hereinafter referred to as: employees). In this tender, the municipality of Hellendoorn also acts as coordinator for the municipality of Twenterand. Tailor-made Transport includes the transport of employees who, at fixed pick-up and drop-off times, from the home addresses to the relevant work location and possibly temporary future work location and vice versa. This can be up to a maximum of 30 kilometers outside the municipal boundaries of Hellendoorn and Twenterand. In very exceptional cases, transport can be hired to a location that is further away than the maximum 30 kilometers outside the municipal boundaries of Hellendoorn and Twenterand. Currently, 32 employees from the Municipality of Twenterand and 21 employees from the municipality of Hellendoorn are dependent on ''Tailor-made transport''.
