Entrustment of the door-to-door collection service, transport and disposal of municipal and similar solid waste, differentiated waste and complementary services in the municipal area, including the management of the ecological island for 30 (thirty) months

The performance referred to in this contract relates to the assignment of the integrated management service, transport and transfer of municipal solid waste, assimilated and separate collection, urban sweeping and hygiene and complementary services, including the cost of disposing of municipal solid waste and the special tax for the deposit in MSW landfill (art. 3, paragraphs 24 to 40 of Law no. 549/1995) as well as the management of the ecological island, since its completion by the municipal administration on parcel 896 of sheet 12 , located within the industrial area of Tito. The performance is carried out with the activities indicated in the special tender specifications and in the attached documents and, in general, with the services listed below:

a) collection, transport and disposal of municipal and municipal solid waste including the industrial area;

b) manual or mechanical sweeping of waste from roadways, pavements, squares, public areas, areas pertaining to schools or in any case subject to temporary use for public use, excluding the industrial area. By sweeping and / or cleaning is meant the removal of any type of waste, including mud or spontaneously grown weeds, which form in the zanelle and on the sidewalks;

c) emptying and cleaning of all waste-paper, waste-disposal, garbage collection, RPU collection bins, installed in the streets and gardens by the contracting company and replacement of any waste thrower bags placed in the bins;

d) collection, transport and disposal of municipal and similar solid waste deriving from the cleaning of the markets (whether daily, weekly or monthly) as well as from the cleaning of fairs and even parties in public areas;

e) periodic pressure washing (every thirty days), in the period between 15 June and 30 August only, of the roads, sidewalks, paved public areas;

f) road weeding on all roads subject to sweeping;

g) cleaning of municipal owned road bumps;

h) collection and disposal of products from tree pruning (mowing) and cleaning of gardens belonging to municipal areas, as well as waste from cemeteries, schools and public buildings in general;

i) collection and disposal of products from tree pruning (mowing) and cleaning of gardens belonging to privately owned areas for a quantity equal to 180 t-year;

l) carrying out cleaning services on special occasions, civil, religious and cultural events in the urban areas concerned;

m) transfer of all waste to authorized plants;

n) collection of cemetery waste including special waste;

o) collection and final disposal of the syringes left on public land;

p) collection and disposal of illegally abandoned waste in public areas of the entire municipal area, including bulky and RAAE, excluding hazardous, toxic and harmful and those containing asbestos;

q) collection and disposal of bulky and RAAE waste, excluding hazardous, toxic and harmful waste and those containing asbestos, on call;

r) cleaning of the rest areas in the municipal area, along the SP n. 94 and the former SS no. 95 every 15 days in the June-September period, every month in the October-May period;

s) collection of absorbent sanitary waste (diapers and diapers);

t) collection of used oils;

u) snow shoveling to replace sweeping during the winter and in case of need.

The duration of the contracted service is set at 2 (two) years and 10 (ten) months, for a total of 30 months.
