Performing the service of comprehensive washing of hospital linen along with transport, equipment lease and implementation of hospital assortment identification with the RFID system. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of carrying out a site inspection by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to report the willingness to undergo a site inspection via the Procurement Platform https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/ssz_tar by 14.09.2023 at the latest. On the basis of the notification, the Contracting Authority shall set a deadline for the Contractor to carry out a site inspection, about which the Contractor will be notified via the https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/ssz_tar Procurement Platform.

1. The subject of the order is:

1.1. performing a comprehensive service of washing hospital linen with transport, including in particular:

- collection (from the dirty laundry warehouse) and bringing the laundry to the point of dispensing (clean linen warehouse), loading and unloading (ul. Szpitalna 13 and ul. Szpitalna 53, distance between institutions about 2 km); underwear will be weighed by an employee of the Contracting Authority with the participation of an employee of the Contractor on the scale legalized by the Contractor,

- disinfection, chamber disinfection, pre-and main washing, stain removal, rinsing with antistatic liquid depending on the needs, hardening (starching), drying, mangling, ironing, ongoing repair, segregation and packing of linen,

- marking the Ordering Party's assortment, taking into account the division into organizational units in a way that ensures the durability of the mark,

- sorting by assortment and/or organizational unit of the Ordering Party.

1.2. lease of equipment and implementation of identification of hospital assortment with RFID system.

2. The estimated amount of washed material on a scale of 36 months is about 529 200 kg. The approximate size and assortment of the ordered service and the number of pieces of assortment intended for marking with tags / chips has been specified by the Ordering Party in the assortment and quantity specification constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. Price for 1 kg of dry, clean laundry independent of the assortment.

3.Detailed requirements for the technology of washing, receiving and issuing underwear and hospital clothing, the method of packaging, requirements for transport, marking underwear and other required conditions are included in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.

4.Requirements for the lease of equipment and the implementation of the hospital assortment identification system are specified in Annex No. 13 to the SWZ.
