the purpose of this contract is to grant an additional contribution to the basic Social Security schemes in the event of medical, surgical and hospitalization expenses, within the limit of the costs actually incurred by the beneficiaries (expenses caused by illness, maternity or accident). It is subscribed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to complementary health contracts. This is a "responsible contract" within the meaning of Article 57 of the Law of 13 August 2004 on health insurance. It will in any case have to respect this obligation and evolve if necessary according to the regulatory texts
