The subject of this tender is the structural implementation of the execution package 1 from the lock package 1 of the locks on the Finow Canal. Execution package 1 consists of the locks Ruhlsdorf, Leesenbrück, Grafenbrück and the control center Zerpenschleuse. Lot 1 for the execution package 1 includes the dismantling and replacement of the lock systems (without electrical engineering/control), the new construction of the foreports including waiting and mooring points, the new construction of the company buildings (partly listed), the transfer routes for muscle-powered boats and the extension of the control center in Zerpenschleuse (structural part).
The construction contract mainly includes the following construction services:
1) General work:
- Technical processing
- Preparation and dismantling of the construction site area
- Preparation and dismantling of the construction site traffic routes inside and outside the BE areas
- Installation of the turbidity curtains on the upper and underwater side
- Securing the abutment of the existing subhead bridge by means of high-pressure injection, safety measures on the existing bridge
2) Demolition of the existing structure and production of the watertight excavation pit
- Advance lifting, insertion of the lateral sheet piling walls as excavation pit enclosure
- Production of watertight connection between shoring and bridge abutment wall
- Excavation of the lateral building backfill
- Demolition of existing bridge and bridge connection
- Demolition of the building stock up to UK underwater concrete floor, execution of the work under water
- Installation of belts and stiffeners
- Installation of micropiles
- Installation of the underwater concrete sole incl. cleaning of the contact surfaces UWB sole sheet pile wall by means of high-pressure water radiation
- Lenzing of the excavation pit and water retention
3) Ersatzneubau des Schleusenbauwerks
- Cleaning of the UWB sole and production of the compensating layer of unreinforced concrete
- Reinforcement and concrete for reinforced concrete floor
- Shelling, reinforcement and concreting of the walls
- Filling the edge areas with reusable excavated material
- Dismantling of the temporary stiffeners
- Assembly of the lock equipment and steel water components in solid construction Secondary concrete work on the lock equipment and steel water components, corrosion protection work steel hydraulic engineering
- Installation of masonry shell and execution of natural stone work, completion work on solid construction
- Partial dismantling of the sheet piling walls of the excavation pit enclosure
4) Design of foreports
- Demolition of the waiting areas incl. floating jetties and foreport fortifications
- New construction of waiting areas incl. floating jetties, dredging, bottom and embankment protection
- Construct excavation and water retention (catch dams) in the foreports
- New construction of the foreports
- Dismantling crossings in the upper and lower foreport
- Sheet piling walls of the excavation pit enclosure in the foreport burn down immediately
5) Company building
- Demolition and reconstruction of the Ruhlsdorf company building in accordance with monument regulations
- Construction of lock operating building with connection drinking water pipe and sewage collection pit incl. deep foundation.
- Laying of the cable ducts, final assembly of the electrotechnical equipment
6) Extension of the control center
- Production of the foundation as a reinforced concrete strip foundation for container modules
- Separation and relocation of the existing container module
- Arrangement of two new container modules
- Laying and adaptation of the access lines
- Relocation of the existing wastewater collection pit
