The Berlin University of the Arts intends to award the contract for building cleaning at the locations Einsteinufer 43, Salzufer 13 and Straße des 17. Juni 118 from 01.01.2024 for a period of 4 years (extensions possible, max. 6 years in total).

Maintenance cleaning services are to be provided, as well as, in individual cases, basic and glass cleaning services on request.

The subject of the cleaning services is in particular the cleaning of floors, furnishings and equipment.
