Open tender, divided into two lots, carried out electronically, for the assignment of the supply of textile products (Clothing and Uniforms) with lower environmental impacts, for the needs of the companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, including the Busitalia Group.

A Framework Agreement will be signed with the Successful Bidder of Lot 1 that will have a basic duration of 24 months from the date of stipulation and a maximum amount of € 20,000,000.00 (€ twenty million / 00) excluding VAT.
The aforementioned amount of the Framework Agreement was determined on the basis of the historical quantities purchased by the FS Group Companies.
In particular, the estimated cost detail for 24 months is reported in Paragraph 1.3 of the Tender Specification.
The difference between the amount of the Framework Agreement and the Total Numerical Value based on the auction is also attributable to any further future needs of NewCo of the FS Group (eg: Ilsa, Hellenic Train, etc.).
N.B) At present, the FSI Group is considering the restyling of the uniform for the DB High Speed, and this could lead to a possible structural reduction, estimated at 18%, on Trenitalia's purchase needs on the Framework Agreement.
[AMOUNT OPTION] the basic amount of the Agreement may be increased, with one or more unilateral acts by the Contracting Authority, under the same agreements and conditions, for the additional maximum amount of € 10,000,000.00 (Euro ten million / 00) excluding VAT.
[DURATION OPTION] the basic duration of the Agreement may be increased, with one or more unilateral acts by the Contracting Authority, to the same agreements and conditions, before the expiry of the temporal validity of the same as indicated above, for a maximum of a further 12 (twelve) months, in the event that the relative maximum amount established is not exhausted at the expiry of the same.
The two options referred to above may be exercised either alternately or cumulatively and, if exercised, will be communicated to the Contractor by certified e-mail before the expiry of the Framework Agreement.
The Customer also reserves the right to order an extension of the Framework Agreement, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11, d.lgs. 50/2016, at the same prices, agreements and conditions, for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures for the identification of the new contractor. The applicability of art. 106, Legislative Decree 50/2016, with particular reference to paragraph 12, according to which, if in the course of execution it is necessary to increase or decrease the services up to the fifth of the contractual amount, the Customer may require the contractor to perform under the same conditions provided for in the original Framework Agreement.
With regard to the identification and quantification of security burdens and related D.U.V.R.I. (Determination no. 3/2008 of the A. V.C.P.), in view of the nature of the service, the safety charges related to interference risks are quantified at 0,00 EUR (euro zero/00).
With reference to the total value of the Framework Agreement, it should be noted that the Successful Tenderer will have nothing to claim for any reason in respect of the services not requested and consequently not rendered during the execution of the Framework Agreement, in the event that at the time of the expiry of the latter, the maximum amount of the same has not been consumed or the option of amount and / or the option of duration and whatever the amount of the services up to currently requested.
