The high number of persons and organisations involved and the increasing number of projects and interfaces are leading to new requirements in project and portfolio management on the GSI campus. In order to meet the new requirements and to improve and professionalize project and portfolio management in the long term, the procurement of a new project and portfolio management software (PPM software) will be tendered.

The software is expected to be available by the end of 2021 at the latest to begin preparing for data migration and initial configuration of the software. Complete migration, configuration and training must be completed by December 2022.
