I.G.L. organizes the drawing up of a framework agreement for organizing a bicycle lease for its employees.

The following description of the deliveries is purely indicative.

Tenderers may not rely on the apparent differences which they would notice between this description and the inventory in Annex C.

The leasing of bicycles implies an additional service in terms of maintenance, repair, insurance and operational management and concerns an operational lease of both women's and men's models for, among others:

- classic city bike;

-Road bike;

- plooifiets;

- electric Plooifiets;

- electric bike, basic model (up to max. 25 km/h pedal assistance);

- electric bike, more expensive model (up to max. 25 km/h pedal assistance);

- electric cargo bike;

- Speed pedelec met trapondersteuning.

The staff member has a free choice of the type of bicycle.

Also trekking bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, ... can be part of the assignment.

The above list is therefore not exhaustive, but only serves to make a clear comparison between the tenderers.

The concept of leasing consists of the fact that the participating employees of I.G.L. have two options for starting the leasing process:

1. The leasing company has a standard offer of type bicycles as described further in the document

2. The participating staff member requests a quote from a local bicycle dealer, which is then converted into a leasing formula by the leasing company.

The duration of the individual leasing contracts is 36 months.

The contemplated agreement is a framework agreement that creates a contractual framework for establishing terms and conditions of individual operating lease orders, which will be awarded over the specified period. The termination of the framework agreement does not lead to the termination of the individual assignments, which are concluded within the framework agreement. These individual orders remain in effect until the end of their duration. For the other provisions, those of the framework agreement apply.

This order is an on-demand order, the quantity being specified later. The tenderer undertakes to deliver all ordered quantities. This quantity shall be determined in accordance with the actual needs arising at the time of performance of the contract. The orders on demand will be done with order forms and order forms. Orders must be placed digitally and not on paper. The supplier receives the formal right to deliver exclusively by means of these order forms or order forms.

The tenderer undertakes to be able to supply the bicycles specified in his tender from the award until the end of the framework contract.

In the event of a possible product modification, an equivalent product will be delivered under the same conditions as in the original agreement, including the price.

The equivalent product must comply with the technical provisions specified in the specifications.

The tenderer undertakes to always deliver high-quality products.

If it is determined that the quality is poor or insufficient or if defects are found, the supplier must immediately take back these products and immediately replace them with the correct quality without charging any costs.
