The objective of the tender contest is to enter into framework agreements in relation to the Awarding Authority’s requirements for professional and competitive contractors for contractor/excavation services in connection with development of district heating network.

The selected tender procedure is “tender competition with negotiations”.

The procurement shall be executed in 2 stages:

— Stage 1: qualification and selection of qualified contractors,

— Stage 2: access to tender request/tender documents for selected, qualified contractors and followed by processing of applications until framework agreements are entered into.
