With the Integrated Risk Management Portfolio (IRM-P), the Basel-Landschaft Building Authority (HBA) ensures the sufficient security of the building portfolio under its responsibility (approx. 650 properties). Fire protection and structural safety are two central objectives of the IRM-P, which are being pursued with the present call for proposals. As a first priority, 176 school buildings and public buildings were recorded in the period 2022 to 2023. The work envisaged is 250 Priority 2 objects. The quantity structure of Priority 2 is dominated by office buildings, residential buildings, warehouses, company buildings and garages. In addition, there are various objects with a wide variety of purposes.
