The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Celtic Cross Education at the following schools:

• Lerryn CofE Primary School,

• St Winnow CofE School,

• St Mabyn CofE Primary School,

• St Tudy CofE VA Primary School,

• Bishop Bronescombe CofE School,

• St Petroc's CofE Primary School,

• Marhamchurch CofE VC Primary School,

• Grampound Road Village CE School,

• Grampound with Creed CofE School,

• Veryan CofE Primary School,

• Ladock CofE School,

• St Michael's CofE Primary School.

The contract will commence on 1 September 2020 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. The contract will be fixed price for the term of the contract.

The client is seeking a suitably experienced supplier with current experience of working within the education marketplace, ideally with a strong operational base within the South West of England, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility.

The value of the contract is approximately GBP 200 000 per annum.

Some of the current staff are in the Local Government Pension Scheme; an actuary report will be provided and the successful supplier will need to sign an ABS agreement and pay for all associated costs (including another actuary report, if required).

Please note the successful supplier will a consultancy fee on award of this contract to the Litmus Partnership, to the value of GBP 14 400.00 plus VAT.
