4.1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Nowosolna from the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside, from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside and municipal waste is created and from the owners of the property on of which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational purposes — leisure use only for part of the year between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022.

4.2. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in the Description of the item of the order, as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

4.3. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the possibility of submission of partial tenders. The organisational structure of the Contracting Authority does not allow coordination and control of the subject matter of the contract in the event of the subdivision of the contract into parts and the possibility of submitting partial tenders.
