This framework agreement with purchase orders covers the supply and delivery of semi-buried voluntary supply containers for household waste and selective collection, and in particular on:

- the supply of the container, composed of all the elements mentioned in the CCTP;

- the delivery and installation of the container in connection with the company in charge of the earthmoving (earthmoving not included in this framework agreement);

- commissioning and participation in admission operations.

The Framework Agreement is not cut into slices.

the Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from its notification. It cannot be renewed.

The services will be remunerated by application to the quantities actually executed from the prices in the unit price schedule.

the benefits may vary, over the duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 48 months, within the following limits:

- minimum amount: No minimum amount;

- maximum amount: 2,400,000 euro (excluding VAT).
