The offering includes the establishment of a dynamic procurement system for the purification of rainwater basins as set out in Section 101 of the Tender Act.

For example, the purification of rainwater basins means but not limited to:

- Preparation of project plan

- Application for relevant permits

- Soil sampling and analysis of the sediment to be cleaned

- Establishment of pollution levels and determination of receiving installations

- Establishment of driving roads - Emptying and drying of rainwater basin

- Clearing of growth, porridge, bumps and roots in the basin on brinker and cadastral

- Any removal of fences

- Sludge disposal

- Exhumation of sediment

- Any design of intermediate depot for dewatering dredged sediment

- Transport and completion of exhumed sediment

- Restoration and improvements to the project area

- Preparation of quality assurance report
