Food, dining and cafeteria service in the Naranco Multivalent Resource Center, and the dining service in the El Cristo Multivalent Resource Center, centers attached to the Autonomous Organization of Residential Establishments for Elders of Asturias, in the terms indicated in the Bidding Terms Administrative and Technical Prescriptions.

The food service includes the management of purchases related to food raw materials and elements necessary for its execution, the control of warehouses and the daily elaboration of menus in the facilities of the centers and cleaning of the facilities affected by the activity as well as the kitchen and dining room material, all without exhaustive spirit and in accordance with the instructions of the Technical Specification and those that the person designated as responsible can dictate in execution of the contract.

The dining room service will include the distribution of the menus to the guests and the cleaning of the facilities affected by the activity.

The cafeteria service will offer the general public, without prejudice to the access control that may be established by the management of the center, infusions and drinks by price, mainly at the bar or counter, as well as hot and cold dishes, simple or combined, made for quick refreshment, all without exhaustive spirit and in accordance with the related instructions in the Technical Specification and those that the person designated as responsible may dictate in execution of the contract.
