3.1 Collection, transport and management of municipal waste arising on real estate inhabited in the city of Hajnówka in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454), hereinafter referred to as the Act and Resolution No. XXXVIII / 262/18 of the Hajnówka City Council of 27.3.2018 on the maintenance regulations of cleanliness and order in the city of Hajnówka (Journal of Laws of the Podlasie Voivodeship from 2018, item 1652).

3.2 The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by a contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the activities listed below during the performance of the contract:

a) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential real estate and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point;

b) providing containers and sacks for collecting waste.
