The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live and from properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated (mixed properties), covered by the municipal municipal waste collection system, located in the Bolesław Municipality, in 2024, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste is achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced.

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live and from properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated (mixed properties), covered by the municipal municipal waste collection system, located in the Bolesław Municipality, in 2024, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and with the implementing regulations issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act, the applicable Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Region, applicable provisions of local law, i.e. resolutions of the Bolesław Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bolesław Municipality and on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.
