1. The subject of this contract is the performance of the task entitled "Acceptance and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11)", i.e. successive acceptance and management of waste with code 19 12 12. Waste must be managed in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021.0.779). Waste with code 19 12 12 - Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11) originate from the treatment (shredding) of waste 20 03 07 - Bulky waste from separate collection of municipal waste, as well as waste 20 03 07 arising from sorting municipal waste.

1) The estimated amount of waste with the code 19 12 12, which will be transferred (transport on the side of the Contracting Entity) for management by the Contractor during the term of the contract will amount to a maximum of 4 000 Mg.

1) The estimated amount of waste with the code 19 12 12, which will be transferred (transport on the part of the Contracting Entity) for development to the Contractor during the term of the contract will amount to a maximum of 4 000 Mg. The contracting authority allows a deviation (- 20%) from the declared quantity.

2) Transport of waste shall be provided by the Ordering Party.

The contractor's facility (town where the contractor's line is located) should be located at a maximum of 250 km from the village where the office of the Ordering Party is located, i.e. Gorzów Wlkp., the distance will be determined by the website www.google.pl/maps.
