Lot 1a: Building planning LPH 5-9 - New fire department shed Groß Ammensleben
In the district of Groß Ammensleben, the municipality of Niedere Börde is planning to replace a new fire department store with 5 parking spaces, 16 alarm and 14 additional parking spaces for cars.
The building plot (parcel 319) is located south-west adjacent to the
Federal highway B71. At present, the property is partly covered by a
Allotment garden, the remaining areas are fallow. As part of the
planned development, the allotments will be demolished. The building is founded in the storage area as a so-called Schwedenplatte and with strip and individual foundations for the walls and columns. The building will be built using a mixed wood-concrete construction method. The flat roof is supported by BSH beam construction. A PV system is installed on the roof. Technical features include the rescue box systems for vehicle supply, coalescence separators and the exhaust gas extraction system, which is yet to be specified in LP 5.
16 alarm locations are provided for emergency services, from which a
crossing-free access to the fire station is guaranteed. A total of 30 car parking spaces can be realized. Next to the main entrance
the bicycle parking spaces are arranged. Both asphalt and concrete paving are used for the surfaces of the outdoor facilities. To reduce the sealing level, the additional parking spaces are produced with grass paving stones. A reinforced concrete exercise tower will be built on the north-west corner of the fire station. This also serves as a second structural escape route from the upper floor.
The planning task described here is intended to cover building planning services in work phases 5 to 9 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI. The exact specifications can be found in point 1.4 of this document.
A ZBAU document (draft planning) is already available for the measure. The measure is funded through the “Promotion of fire protection and aid in Saxony-Anhalt”. Work phases 1 to 4 of building planning according to § 34 HOAI have already been completed and are not part of the planning task advertised here.
The available documents from ZBau form the basis for further planning.
