The scope of in-kind services covered by the contracts referred to in point 3.7 shall be covered by work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking up of timber and nursery and semining, covering the activities indicated in generic Annex No 3 to the SWZ, which arise from forest equipment plans in force in the administrative area of the DRETY Forest Forest District or which, in order to guarantee proper forest management, have become necessary for implementation following or in connection with natural, climatic or atmospheric events. A detailed description of the standard of the implementation technology of the work included in the contracts referred to in paragraph 3.7 is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

The scope in kind of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in paragraph 3.7 shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.

The subject of the Option will be the same (analogous works) as described in the SWZ and valued by the Contractor in any of the items of the offer cost estimate forming part of the Offer. Under the Option, at the choice of the Contracting Authority, all, some or only one of the works indicated in the SWZ and valued by the Contractor in the tender cost estimate forming part of the Offer may be contracted.

A detailed description of the standard of the implementation technology of the work included in the contracts referred to in paragraph 3.7 is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

The scope in kind of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in paragraph 3.7 shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
