The total number of full-year students (STAT) of contracting registry is as of 01 April 2021 at 28,410.

The procurement examination system digitises the handling of assignment passes and exam settlement in a course of study, including minimizing the number of manual activities related to task delivery, the conduct of tests and exams, and the approval of study activities, and ensures that data persist. tasks, tests, exams and assignments will be recorded in one place and that all relevant stakeholders can access this information.

Educational institutions undertake a wide variety of test and exam courses from quite simple written and oral examinations to examinations where different forms of testing are combined. The exam system must support this variation in exam forms.

The examination system shall operate in close integration with the study administrative systems of the Educational Institutions, from which the Examination System shall receive information on which students are going to exam in which subjects. After an assessment has been made in the examination system, results must be transferred to the study administrative system.

The examination system shall support the examination process with the setting up of examinations related to time and place information, etc. Students must be able to pick up tasks from the Exam System and must be able to upload exam assignments under a precise systemic control of the time interval in which this is possible. The exam system must be able to handle both site tests and remote tests — including through Multiple Choice. In conclusion, the examination system must be able to support the evaluation of written tasks and the assessment with the involvement of censor and lecturer.

The exam system is an extremely critical system in the establishment of the Educational Institutions, which is why it is expected that the exam system is well functioning and easy to work in and that the exam system - not least - can be operated in an extremely stable and safe manner.

The exam system must be dismantled together for all the educational institutions. Operational settlement of the exam system shall be carried out by the supplier.

In addition to providing the exam system, the supplier must also provide project assistance for training, provisioning, testing and implementing the exam system. The supplier shall subsequently carry out operational settlement, maintenance, support and further development of the exam system throughout the contract period.

The tender will be conducted as a tender with negotiation.

Contracting entities reserve the right to assume the initial offer where contracting entities will, in that case, carry out an offer evaluation in accordance with the described in Part II.2.5).
