The roofing of the Ruhr-Universität railway station parallel to Universitätsstraße is in poor condition and is to be thoroughly renovated. The condition as well as the construction and equipment of the building should be assessed, meaningfully documented and described in advance. A final technical report should show recommendations for a renovation and a cost calculation must be prepared for this. For the report, both the steel structure, the glazing and the concrete surfaces are to be recorded individually.
